MASKAB is the home side of EGY METAL — the aluminium and glass manufacturer behind Steigenberger Soma Bay, the Jaz resorts on the Red Sea, and the villas at Almaza and Cleopatra Square. Same workshop in Abu Rawash, same European systems, same technicians. The only thing that changes is the size of the job.

Nothing is bought off a shelf. We survey the opening, draw it, fabricate it on our own lines, and our fitters install it. One team from the first measurement to the last seal — so when something needs adjusting, there is nobody to pass you to.

Aluminium doors and windows

Sliding, hinged, folding and patio systems, cut to your opening. Thermal break and proper gaskets, so the street stays outside and the air conditioning stays in.

Curtain walls

Floor-to-ceiling glazing for a double-height living room or a whole villa elevation. The same curtain-wall engineering we use on hotels, sized down to a house.

Aluminium pergolas

Fixed or motorised louvres for a roof, terrace or garden. Powder-coated aluminium — it does not warp, rot or need repainting every summer like wood.

We do not price from a table. Every opening is made to its own size, so the number comes after an engineer has measured it — the visit is free, and the quote names the glass build-up, finish and hardware it is based on.

    An engineer comes to you, measures every opening, and talks through what actually suits the room — no charge, no obligation.

  2. 02

    Drawing & quoteرسم وعرض سعر

    You get a drawing of what will be installed and one clear price against it. Glass build-up, finish and hardware are all named, so nothing appears later.

  3. 03

    Fabricationالتصنيع

    Made on our own lines at Abu Rawash on European aluminium systems — not assembled from whatever the market has that week.

  4. 04

    Installationالتركيب

    Our fitters install, glaze, seal and clean up after themselves. We hand over only once every panel opens and closes the way it should.

Two coastlines. One workshop.

Everything is made at Abu Rawash and fitted on site — Cairo, Sheikh Zayed and New Cairo, out to the North Coast and down the Red Sea. Your house gets the same lorry as the resorts. Pick a site.
